Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund (excluding shipping, handling, insurance charges, and a 15% restocking fee) or exchange, within 7 days of purchase.
All items returned are subject to inspection and approval. SuperDigitalCity reserves the right to reject any return based on its condition or non compliance with our return policy, the return policy of our distributors or the return policy of the manufacturer. Returns must be prepaid by the customer.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS:
Returned products must be in brand new, mint condition.
Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags, and the blank warranty cards. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within a new shipping carton. Please do not tape or write on the item or its packaging and please do not use the manufacturer's box as a shipping carton.
Any Blister packed items or products that come in hard plastic wrap can only be returned if unopened and in original condition.
Please note that the warranty card must not be filled out.
Televisions, Computers, and Software cannot be returned. You are urged to carefully examine the box your television ships in before signing for the package Upon delivery, please inspect the exterior shipping box and the television carefully for damage while the shipper is still present. If you discover any damage, DO NOT ACCEPT IT AND DO NOT SIGN FOR IT, kindly inform the driver that you are refusing delivery and contact us at once to make a report, When you sign the carrier delivery service, you are acknowledging and accepting the terms of this return policy and receipt of your order. Should you observe any damage to the shipping box, or if the wrong product was sent, you must refuse delivery while the shipping courier is still on the premises.
If, after delivery, the television does not work, all returns, in-house servicing (if applicable), and warranty repairs are handled exclusively by the manufacturer. Televisions cannot be returned to SuperDigitalCity.
Return Merchandise Authorization: All product returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization issued by SuperDigitalCity. To request an RMA and shipping instructions, including the return shipping address for the product, please request an RMA online by clicking here to contact us.
RMAs are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Again, all returns will be processed and fully inspected after they arrive in our warehouse.
PLEASE NOTE: A Return Authorization number does not imply that credit or exchange will be issued. It is only an authorization to return a product to us for evaluation. We reserve the right to reject any return based on its condition or non-compliance with our return policy.
Please include a copy of your Invoice/Packing slip together with a complete letter of explanation.
Shipping charges Original shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges on returned products are the responsibility of the customer. SuperDigitalCity will match the shipping method and pay for shipping charges on replacement or exchanged products.
We strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. Any damage or loss that occurs in transit is your responsibility
Unauthorized or Refused Returns: SuperDigitalCity does not recognize unauthorized returns or exchanges. SuperDigitalCity reserves the right to refuse packages without a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
SuperDigitalCity will charge a 15% restocking fee plus shipping charges for refused shipments.
Restocking Fee SuperDigitalCity, Unlike some stores that have a Full Refund Policy, does not repackage returned items, and sell them as new.
Therefore an open box, will be resold for a lower price than the original price, thus requiring A 15% restocking fee to be charged, unless the item is defective, damaged, you received the wrong item, or law prohibits the fee.
An additional fee may be charged for products returned as defective that test to be operational upon return.
Additionally, any return that has missing accessories or is incomplete in packaging may be rejected or will be subject to an additional restock fee to cover the price of the missing item.
Receiving Damaged Equipment or Short Shipment: Purchaser must contact our Customer Service Department withing five (5) days of receiving the equipment. Please examine the packaging carefully. If damage is noticeable on exterior, or the packaging appears to be tampered with, notify both us and the carrier immediately. An RMA number is needed for any items that would be returned. (Please see paragraph two on how to obtain an RMA number.) Do not dispose of the shipping box or any other packaging. Please include a clear letter of explanation detailing the damage or shortage.
Services and Repairs Under the Limited Warranty: After our return policy has expired your rights are governed by the Limited Warranty accompanying the product. During the warranty period, please follow these procedures.
If the product bears a Manufacturer's or Distributor's limited warranty and the equipment needs service, please send the equipment directly to any authorized center listed on the warranty card.
Exchanges: All exchanges will be processed as new orders. Please note that your card will be charged for that new order, shipping will not be charged on this new order, provided that the customer is responsible for returning the original item to us. All returned items will be credited upon receipt of the item to SuperDigitalCity. Refurbished machines are returnable for repair or exchange only.
Manufacturer's Rebates: Manufacturer's Rebates are the responsibility of the customer. SuperDigitalCity will not be responsible for Manufacturer's Rebates.
International Orders: This policy applies to all countries outside of the United States and Canada.
SuperDigitalCity does not accept returns on International Orders for any reason. In the case of a defective item, repair or exchange must be negotiated directly with the manufacturer.
